Arne Falbach
Falbach has extensive leadership experience from large companies in the food industry, but he also has strong knowledge of other sectors through his own work experience. For several years, he held top executive positions before moving into the recruitment industry—first in collaboration with other consultants, and later by founding his own company, Search Advisor AS. From there, he became a partner at ASTREA. Falbach's academic background includes training at the Naval Academy’s logistics program, followed by a degree in business administration (MBA) from the University of Western Ontario.
